Healthcare Sales Representative

ChenMed seeks a Healthcare Sales Representative to drive growth of our value-based primary care centers for seniors with complex chronic conditions. In this field role, you'll build relationships with community partners, referral sources, and Medicare-eligible seniors, educating them on ChenMed's high-touch, coordinated care model. You'll manage a robust pipeline, lead outreach events, and guide prospects through enrollment. Working closely with clinical and operations teams, you'll help transform healthcare for underserved seniors while achieving ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline of senior-focused healthcare prospects for Chen
• Med centers
• Build relationships with community partners, referral sources, and Medicare-eligible seniors
• Educate prospects on Chen
• Med's value-based primary care model and services
• Conduct outreach events, presentations, and community engagements to drive patient growth
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
• Track and report sales activities, leads, and conversions in CRM tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets
• Maintain strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage and local market dynamics
