Healthcare Outside Sales Consultant

ChenMed seeks a Healthcare Outside Sales Consultant to drive growth of our value-based senior primary care centers. You will build relationships with community partners, educate Medicare-eligible seniors on ChenMed's model, and generate qualified patient leads. Responsibilities include field outreach, presentations, events, and follow-up to convert prospects. Collaborating closely with clinical and operations teams, you'll represent our mission-driven culture, track performance metrics, and ensure a compassionate, compliant experience for underserved seniors.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and new patients through outside/field sales efforts
• Develop and manage relationships with community partners and referral sources
• Conduct educational presentations and events for Medicare-eligible seniors
• Execute community outreach campaigns to promote Chen
• Med's care model
• Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools and track key performance metrics
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to align on growth goals
• Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare and Medicare regulations
• Represent Chen
• Med's mission and values with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
