Sales Advisor

ActionLink is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to represent leading brands in-store, drive product awareness, and increase sales. In this role, you will engage shoppers, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and educate retail associates on brand features and benefits. You will execute merchandising standards, ensure displays are current and fully stocked, and report on store conditions and sales results. Working within a collaborative, performance-driven culture, you'll receive ongoing training, clear goals, and support to build your sales, retail merchandising, and customer engagement skills across diverse retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers to promote and sell featured brands and products in retail stores
• Deliver clear, persuasive product demonstrations and presentations
• Educate retail associates on key product features, benefits, and selling points
• Execute merchandising standards, planograms, and display resets
• Ensure product displays are clean, well-stocked, and accurately priced
• Capture and submit store visit reports, photos, and sales data via mobile tools
• Build positive relationships with store management and staff
• Stay current on product knowledge and promotional programs through ongoing training
• Meet or exceed individual and program sales performance goals
• Follow all retailer and Action
• Link policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
