CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Sevita is seeking a Foster Care Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services within our Community & Social Services department. In this role, you will provide supervision and oversight to clinicians and case managers supporting children and youth in specialized foster care. You will guide person-centered treatment planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote trauma-informed, strengths-based care. Working in a collaborative, inclusive culture, you will mentor staff, partner with families and community providers, and help shape high-quality, community-based services while advancing your clinical leadership career.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to foster care clinicians and case managers
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered treatment planning and service delivery for children in foster care
• Conduct case consultations, file reviews, and clinical audits for compliance and best practice
• Support foster families with clinical guidance, crisis response, and resource linkage
• Collaborate with referral sources, schools, and community partners to coordinate care
• Lead or participate in team meetings, trainings, and case conferences
• Monitor outcomes, documentation quality, and adherence to regulatory and agency standards
• Mentor staff, support professional development, and model Sevita's values of empathy and collaboration
