HVAC Service Tech

CoolSys is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC-R systems. In this field-based role, you'll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency service while ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability for our customers. You'll interpret schematics, complete accurate service documentation, and communicate clearly with clients. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC-R systems
• Perform diagnostics and preventive maintenance on mechanical and refrigeration equipment
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring schematics to resolve issues
• Ensure all work meets safety, code, and company quality standards
• Respond to emergency service calls and minimize customer downtime
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service reports
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, repairs, and maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete complex projects
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working condition
