Kohler is seeking a Lead Interior Designer to drive concept-to-completion interiors for kitchen, bath, and hospitality environments that showcase our manufactured products. In this role, you'll translate brand, user, and market insights into compelling spatial solutions, integrating materials, lighting, and product placement for beauty, function, and manufacturability. Partner with engineering, product, and marketing to develop guidelines, palettes, and showrooms, mentor junior designers, and advance sustainable, inclusive design that reflects Kohler's legacy of craftsmanship and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design for kitchen, bath, and hospitality spaces that feature Kohler products.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, space plans, and detailed design documentation.
- Specify materials, finishes, lighting, and fixtures aligned with manufacturing and brand standards.
- Collaborate with product design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to integrate products into environments.

- D renderings and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Establish interior design guidelines, palettes, and standards for showrooms and branded spaces.
- Oversee implementation quality, coordinating with external designers, vendors, and contractors.
- Mentor junior designers and review their work for quality and consistency.
- Incorporate sustainability, accessibility, and inclusive design into projects.
- Research trends, user insights, and competitor environments to inform future design directions.
