Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting our prepared foods manufacturing. This role leads a team handling receiving, put-away, storage, picking, and shipping to retail and foodservice customers across North America. You'll manage staffing, workflow, and inventory accuracy while maintaining strict safety, quality, and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The supervisor tracks KPIs, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates closely with production, transportation, and customer service to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
  • Lead, schedule, and coach warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and product quality for food safety and freshness
  • Ensure compliance with safety, GMPs, and company policies in a refrigerated manufacturing environment
  • Coordinate workload, staffing, and equipment usage to meet production and delivery timelines
  • Track KPIs such as on-time shipments, order accuracy, and labor efficiency; recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with production, transportation, and customer service to resolve issues and meet demand
  • Train team members on standard operating procedures, safety practices, and equipment use
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in processes and workflow
  • Prepare reports on performance, incidents, and inventory to support management decisions
