HVAC Service Technician

ECS Comfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to provide expert service for residential and light commercial customers. In this field-based role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems, perform routine maintenance, and support installations. You'll interact directly with customers, explain repair options, and deliver reliable, high-quality work. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections on heating and cooling equipment
• Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain findings, repair options, and maintenance plans to customers clearly and professionally
• Ensure work meets company quality standards, codes, and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory of parts on the truck
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex service challenges and share best practices
• Provide on-call or after-hours support as needed during peak seasons
