Facility Industrial Millwright

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Facility Industrial Millwright to install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at our service facility. In this role, you will troubleshoot mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operation of pumps, conveyors, motors, and process equipment. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, aligning and balancing machinery, performing welding and fabrication, and supporting capital projects. You will uphold strict safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while collaborating with operations teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform root-cause analysis
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on pumps, motors, and conveyors
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Align, level, and balance rotating and stationary equipment
• Perform basic welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed
• Support equipment upgrades and capital improvement projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and improve reliability
