Driver CDL

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC seeks a CDL Driver to safely transport used oil, waste, and related materials for industrial and commercial customers. In this field-based role, you'll perform route-based pickups and deliveries, complete DOT-compliant inspections and documentation, and follow strict safety and environmental procedures. You'll interact directly with customers, support industrial and field services, and represent a safety-focused, environmentally responsible company committed to regulatory compliance and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL truck to pick up and deliver used oil, waste, and related materials to customer sites across the region
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate DOT-compliant documentation and logs
• Load and unload drums, totes, and containers following company and regulatory safety procedures
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations related to hazardous and non-hazardous materials transport
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at every stop, addressing basic questions and resolving minor issues
• Communicate with dispatch and operations regarding routes, schedules, and service updates
• Use company systems to record pickups, deliveries, manifests, and service activities
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and immediately report any mechanical or safety concerns
• Participate in required safety, environmental, and compliance training
• Support team members and assist with field/industrial services as needed
