Route Driver

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a safety-focused Class B CDL Route Driver to support our environmental and industrial services customers. In this role, you will operate a Class B commercial vehicle on established routes, picking up used oil, waste, and parts-cleaning materials while ensuring full regulatory compliance. You'll complete manifests and logs, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and follow all DOT, OSHA, and EPA standards. This position offers a $2,000 sign-on incentive, strong training, and the opportunity to grow in a mission-driven, sustainability-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B CDL truck on assigned routes to service customer locations
• Pick up, transport, and deliver regulated and non-regulated waste materials
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
• Complete required logs, manifests, and regulatory documentation accurately
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at each stop
• Follow proper procedures for loading, unloading, and securing materials
• Communicate route status, issues, and equipment needs to supervisors
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
• Support general environmental and industrial service operations as needed

Required Skills

• Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
• Safe commercial driving and defensive driving practices
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Hazardous and non-hazardous materials handling
• Load securement and proper material handling
• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection
