Entry Level Sales Development Specialist

Renuity, a national leader in home remodeling, is hiring an Entry Level Sales Development Specialist to support our fast-growing construction-focused business. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in bath, window, door, and other renovation projects. You will prospect, qualify leads, and schedule in-home or virtual consultations for our sales team. Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads for home remodeling projects through outbound calls and digital outreach
• Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for senior sales representatives
• Educate homeowners on Renuity's bath, window, door, and remodeling solutions
• Follow up on marketing-generated inquiries to move prospects through the sales funnel
• Accurately capture customer needs and document interactions in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead conversion targets
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach that reflects Renuity's brand standards
