Outside Sales Representative

Renuity, a national leader in home remodeling, is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to drive residential construction and renovation sales. In this field-based role, you'll meet homeowners in person, assess needs, and present customized solutions for bathroom, window, door, and other upgrade projects. You will manage leads, deliver professional in-home presentations, create accurate proposals, and close sales while collaborating with operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional, customer-focused experience in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential remodeling sales through in-home and outside consultations with homeowners
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions for bath, window, door, and other renovation projects
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts using company tools and pricing standards
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with installation, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers from first contact through project handoff
• Attend training, ride-alongs, and sales meetings to stay current on products, pricing, and sales techniques
• Accurately document all activities in CRM and follow company processes and compliance guidelines
