HVAC Installer

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks an experienced HVAC Installer to join our Memphis-area team. In this field-based role, you'll install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, including equipment, ductwork, and accessories, following codes and safety standards. You'll perform start-ups, testing, and basic commissioning while delivering a clean, professional installation and clear communication to customers. Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, and accessories to manufacturer and company standards.
• Perform system start-up, testing, and basic commissioning to verify safe and efficient operation.
• Interpret blueprints, job layouts, and work orders to plan installations and material needs.
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company policies on every job site.
• Communicate with customers on work performed, answer basic system questions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with installers, helpers, and supervisors to complete projects on time and within quality standards.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe, and working order.
• Document work performed, materials used, and any issues or recommendations in required paperwork or digital systems.
