Plumbing Service Tech

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues
• Install and service water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related components
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Provide clear estimates, explain repair options, and secure customer approvals
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe working order
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet response time goals
