Precision Ag Specialist

Papé Machinery Inc. is seeking a Precision Ag Specialist to help growers maximize productivity through advanced technology. In this role, you'll support sales and service teams by configuring, calibrating, and troubleshooting precision ag systems on cutting-edge equipment. You'll work directly with customers to interpret field data, optimize prescriptions, and train operators on guidance, mapping, and telematics tools. Leveraging Papé's strong training and family-owned culture, you'll build long-term relationships, deliver on safety and performance standards, and help drive adoption of innovative solutions across Western U.S. ag markets.

Responsibilities

• Configure, calibrate, and support precision agriculture systems on agricultural equipment
• Provide on-farm technical support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for guidance, mapping, and telematics tools
• Interpret agronomic and machine data to help customers improve yields, input efficiency, and profitability
• Train growers and equipment operators on precision ag hardware, software, and best practices
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to scope solutions and support technology-focused sales efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation of setups, service visits, and customer recommendations
• Stay current on OEM technologies, updates, and Papé training programs to expand product expertise
• Promote safety standards and ensure proper, secure use of precision systems in the field
