Residential Lead HVAC Installer

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential Lead HVAC Installer to oversee high-quality heating and cooling system installations in single-family homes. In this role, you will lead install crews, set up and start new systems, verify performance, and ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and customer expectations. You'll mentor junior installers, coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and communicate clearly with homeowners. Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install, start up, and test HVAC equipment and duct systems per code and manufacturer specs
• Diagnose installation issues and ensure quality, safe workmanship
• Train and mentor junior installers and helpers on best practices
• Complete required paperwork, documentation, and job close-out forms
• Communicate professionally with homeowners on scope, progress, and system use
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse for materials, scheduling, and logistics
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company standards
• Ensure jobs meet local code, permit, and inspection requirements
• Support continuous improvement and uphold ARS/Rescue Rooter customer service standards
