Residential HVAC Lead Installer

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks a Residential HVAC Lead Installer to oversee high-quality system replacements and installs for homeowners. In this field-based role, you'll interpret plans, install equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and controls, then start up and verify system performance. You'll lead helpers, enforce safety standards, and deliver clear communication to customers. Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system change-outs and new installations to code and ARS standards
• Perform accurate layout, mounting, ductwork, refrigerant piping, and wiring
• Start up, test, and verify performance of installed HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permits, and local codes
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers on best practices
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining work performed and system operation
• Complete job documentation, materials usage, and close-out paperwork accurately
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and warehouse to ensure jobs are properly staged and completed on time
