Residential Service Plumber

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Residential Service Plumber to provide expert plumbing repair, replacement, and maintenance for homeowners. In this role, you'll diagnose issues, offer clear repair options, and perform quality work on fixtures, water heaters, and piping while following safety and code standards. You'll handle scheduled and emergency calls, use a fully stocked company vehicle, and document all work digitally. Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and replacements to company and code standards
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls, providing 24/7 customer-focused support on rotation
• Install and service water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related plumbing systems
• Use plumbing tools and equipment safely, following ARS/Rescue Rooter safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, options, and pricing before work begins
• Complete work orders, documentation, and payment details accurately via mobile systems
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and team members to ensure timely job completion
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training to maintain and improve skills
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean and operable condition
• Follow all local plumbing codes and company policies, representing the brand professionally
