Residential Install Lead

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks a Residential Install Lead to run HVAC installation crews for residential projects. In this field-based role, you'll oversee changeouts and new system installations, ensuring work meets code, manufacturer specs, and ARS quality standards. You'll perform equipment setting, brazing, low-voltage wiring, and system start-up, while mentoring junior installers and enforcing a safety-first culture. You'll also interact with homeowners, explain system operation, complete documentation, and support long-term customer satisfaction and career growth within our national network.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC install crew on changeouts and new installs
• Ensure all work meets code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
• Perform equipment setting, brazing, wiring, and system start-up
• Review work orders, plans, and materials; coordinate daily workflow
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer system questions
• Complete required documentation, start-up forms, and quality checks
• Enforce jobsite safety and proper use of tools and PPECollaborate with dispatch and management on scheduling and priorities
• Identify add-on opportunities and support customer satisfaction goals
