Outside Sales Representative

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home sales of bath, window, door, and other renovation projects. In this field-based role, you'll visit pre-set, qualified appointments, assess homeowner needs, and present customized solutions with detailed measurements, product recommendations, and pricing. Responsibilities

• Generate in-home sales of bath, window, door, and other renovation projects for residential customers
• Conduct on-site consultations, assess homeowner needs, and present tailored remodeling solutions
• Deliver professional product demos, measurements, and pricing proposals using company tools
• Follow up with leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely updates on sales activities and results
• Represent Renuity's brand with professionalism, reliability, and customer-focused service
• Attend training, team meetings, and ride-alongs to continuously improve product and sales expertise
