Outside Sales Representative

Renuity, a national leader in home remodeling, is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home sales of bath, window, door, and other renovation projects. In this field-based role, you'll visit pre-set, company-generated appointments, conduct bilingual consultations, assess homeowner needs, and present customized solutions. You'll manage a sales pipeline, meet performance targets, and partner closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities

• Generate in-home sales of remodeling projects, including baths, windows, and doors
• Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) consultations to assess homeowner needs and present solutions
• Deliver professional product demos, measurements, and accurate quotes on-site
• Follow up on company-provided leads and manage personal sales pipeline to meet targets
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a seamless, customer-focused experience
• Collaborate with installation, operations, and customer service teams to ensure project success
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
• Participate in ongoing sales training, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to improve results
