Residential HVAC Service Technician

In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems, perform seasonal tune-ups, and recommend solutions that improve comfort and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems on-site
• Perform seasonal tune-ups, preventive maintenance, and system inspections
• Communicate findings, options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners
• Install or replace thermostats, filters, and related HVAC components
• Ensure work complies with safety standards, codes, and company procedures
• Document work performed using mobile tools and complete required paperwork
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe condition
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training and follow best practices
• Provide emergency and after-hours service on a rotating schedule as needed
• Represent the company professionally and support a customer-focused culture
