Outside Sales Representative

Renuity, a national leader in home remodeling, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home sales of bath, window, door, and other renovation solutions. You'll run company-provided and self-generated appointments, assess homeowner needs, and present tailored proposals that emphasize quality, value, and efficiency. In this customer-focused, performance-driven role, you'll manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with operations to ensure smooth installations, and help deliver an exceptional homeowner experience while building a long-term sales career.

Responsibilities

• Generate in-home sales of bath, window, door, and other remodeling solutions to residential customers
• Conduct in-person consultations, assess homeowner needs, and present customized Renuity solutions
• Deliver professional product demonstrations, measurements, and proposals using company tools
• Manage full sales cycle from lead follow-up and scheduling through contract signing
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and communicate project details to operations teams
• Collaborate with marketing and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Represent Renuity's brand, values, and quality standards in every homeowner interaction
