Plumbing Service Tech
Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating, Cooling is seeking a Plumbing Service Tech to join our growing residential home services team in Tucker, GA, serving the greater Atlanta area. In this role, you'll diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and fixture issues, install water heaters and piping, and perform inspections and preventative maintenance in customers' homes. You'll provide clear, honest estimates, explain repair options, and deliver safe, code-compliant work with a strong customer-first mindset. You'll work closely with dispatch and teammates, use mobile tools for documentation, and keep your vehicle and equipment organized. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture problems
- Perform installation of water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related plumbing components
- Conduct thorough inspections and preventative maintenance on home plumbing systems
- Provide clear, honest estimates and explain repair options to customers
- Operate safely following company, local, and state plumbing codes and standards
- Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and documentation via mobile tools
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily service schedule
- Participate in ongoing technical and safety training provided by the company
- Promote Allgood's services and uphold a professional, customer-first attitude on every call
