ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, service, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. In this field-based role, you'll perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and equipment replacements while following strict safety and quality standards. You'll interact directly with customers, explain findings, and recommend solutions. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment issues
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Install and replace equipment, components, and controls to manufacturer specs
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company quality guidelines
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete work orders, documentation, and service reports accurately
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet schedule commitments
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good condition
