Outside Sales Representative

Renuity, a national leader in home remodeling, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive residential remodeling sales in bath, window, door, and related projects. In this field-based role, you'll manage company-provided and self-generated leads, conduct in-home consultations, assess homeowner needs, and present tailored solutions with clear pricing and financing options. You'll partner closely with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery while meeting ambitious sales targets in a customer-focused, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential homeowners for remodeling projects in bath, window, door, and related exterior upgrades
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess needs, take basic measurements, and present tailored Renuity solutions
• Deliver professional sales presentations, demonstrate product features, and clearly explain pricing and financing options
• Manage and follow up on company-generated leads as well as self-generated opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships by providing timely communication and a consultative, customer-first experience
• Accurately prepare quotes, contracts, and documentation in CRM systems and ensure all details are captured
• Collaborate with installation, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project handoff and high customer satisfaction
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay current on Renuity offerings, promotions, and competitive landscape
• Attend sales training, team meetings, and ride-alongs to refine techniques and align with performance expectations
• Represent Renuity professionally in the field, at events, and in the community to strengthen brand awareness
