Field Sales Representative

Join Renuity as a Field Sales Representative in our Construction-focused Sales & Business Development team. You'll prospect and visit homeowner leads, conduct in-home consultations, assess remodeling needs, and present tailored bath, window, door, and other renovation solutions. Using Renuity's proven sales process, you'll deliver detailed estimates, close deals, and coordinate smooth handoffs to installation teams. Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and follow up on company-provided and self-generated homeowner leads
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess remodeling needs and recommend Renuity solutions
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options
• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals for bathroom, window, door, and other projects
• Use a structured sales process and CRM tools to manage pipeline and track activity
• Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales to meet or exceed performance goals
• Coordinate with installation, operations, and customer service teams for smooth project handoff
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge within home remodeling and construction
• Represent Renuity's brand, values, and customer-first culture in all homeowner interactions
• Provide timely reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and local market feedback
