Retail Brand Ambassador

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, seeks a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent our bath, window, door, and renovation solutions inside retail and event settings. You'll engage shoppers, explain products, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our design and installation teams. Working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you'll help homeowners discover upgrade options while meeting daily and weekly lead goals. Ideal for motivated, professional communicators eager to grow in sales, customer service, or operations within a rapidly expanding renovation brand.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and event attendees to introduce Renuity remodeling solutions
• Explain bath, window, door, and renovation offerings clearly and professionally
• Qualify potential customers and capture accurate contact information
• Schedule in-home design and consultation appointments
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead-generation targets
• Maintain a clean, branded, and inviting retail/event display
• Record leads in CRM or tracking tools promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer handoff
• Represent Renuity's customer-focused, professional culture at all times
• Attend required trainings to stay current on products and promotions
