Residential Plumbing Technician

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential Plumbing Technician to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including fixtures, piping, and water heaters. In this field-based role, you'll respond to scheduled and emergency calls, perform code-compliant work, and provide clear recommendations and estimates to homeowners. You'll work within a safety-first, customer-focused culture, using your technical skills and plumbing knowledge to deliver reliable, high-quality service. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture problems
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, and piping to code
• Perform preventive maintenance on residential plumbing systems
• Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Provide clear estimates and explain repair options to customers
• Complete service tickets, documentation, and inventory records accurately
• Follow company and OSHA safety standards on every job
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet schedule and service goals
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
