Experienced HVAC Service Technician

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Memphis-area team. In this field-based role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems, delivering safe, high-quality service and clear communication to customers. You'll handle troubleshooting, seasonal tune-ups, and system replacements while following all EPA and company safety standards. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance to optimize system performance.
• Safely handle refrigerants and follow all EPA and company safety standards.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for customers.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and clients about findings and options.
• Install replacement components and systems as needed to resolve issues.
• Operate company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily work schedule efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain and improve technical skills.
