Field Service HVAC Technician

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks a Field Service HVAC Technician to service residential and light commercial customers in the Construction/HVAC trade. In this on-site role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems, perform installations and preventive maintenance, and ensure work meets code and safety standards. You'll interact directly with customers, explain findings and options, and uphold our safety-first, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems on-site
• Perform preventive maintenance, start-ups, and system checks
• Install and replace HVAC equipment and components per code and manufacturer specs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues
• Explain findings, options, and recommendations to customers clearly
• Complete work orders, documentation, and system records accurately
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE use, and company policies
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good working order
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet schedule and quality goals
