Maintenance Supervisor

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing plant. You will oversee a team of technicians, prioritize and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure production equipment operates safely and reliably. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in a manufacturing plant
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Minimize production downtime through effective coordination with operations
• Manage maintenance records and work orders using a CMMSMonitor and control maintenance budgets, parts, and inventory
• Coordinate work with vendors and contractors as needed
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance team members
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, safety, and equipment performance
