Responsibilities

• Deliver expert golf product knowledge and personalized recommendations to customers
• Provide custom club fittings, adjustments, and basic repairs using fitting tools and technology
• Maintain well-merchandised, organized, and visually appealing golf department displays
• Stay current on golf equipment trends, brands, and technologies to guide purchase decisions
• Support daily retail operations including stocking, inventory checks, and pricing updates
• Engage customers with a service-first mindset, driving sales and loyalty program participation
• Collaborate with store teammates to meet sales, service, and performance goals
• Assist with in-store golf events, demos, and community engagement activities
