HVAC Service Tech 4

CoolSys is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech 4 to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC-R systems for retail, commercial, and mission-critical customers. In this field-based role, you'll perform diagnostics, corrective repairs, and preventive maintenance, ensuring efficient, reliable operation of mechanical and refrigeration equipment. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems and components
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using meters, gauges, and diagnostic tools
• Install replacement parts, adjust system controls, and verify proper system operation
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service reports
• Communicate findings, options, and maintenance needs clearly to customers

• Sys and OSHA safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Collaborate with dispatch and teammates to manage daily service schedules efficiently
