HVAC Service Tech 4

CoolSys seeks an experienced HVAC Service Tech 4 to install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC-R systems for construction and retrofit projects. In this field-based role, you'll perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and start-up/commissioning while ensuring safety, code compliance, and energy-efficient performance. You'll work directly with customers, document service work, and collaborate with a skilled, safety-first team. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Start up, test, and commission new and retrofit HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues in the field
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service logs
• Ensure all work complies with safety, code, and company standards
• Communicate findings, options, and timelines to customers and dispatch
• Support energy-efficient and sustainability-focused system performance
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing technical training
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service requests
