Electro-Mechanical Technician

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support high-speed beverage manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, bottling, and packaging equipment, including electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and basic PLC-controlled systems. You will execute preventive maintenance, respond quickly to downtime, and uphold strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and packaging equipment on high-speed bottling lines
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and schematic diagrams to support effective repairs
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and adjustments on production and packaging lines to meet schedule demands
• Support basic PLC- and VFD-related fault finding and collaborate with controls specialists as needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP guidelines, including Lockout/Tagout and housekeeping standards
• Document work in a CMMS, including parts used, findings, and repair actions
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve line reliability and performance
• Identify and communicate recurring issues and improvement opportunities to maintenance leadership
• Participate in training and cross-training to build multi-skilled maintenance capabilities within the team
