Teammate Apparel

As a Teammate Apparel at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you'll bring our sports-focused culture to life on the sales floor. You'll engage athletes, recommend performance and lifestyle apparel, and provide timely, friendly service at every touchpoint. You will stock and size product, maintain fitting rooms, and execute visual standards to keep the apparel department organized and shop-ready. Working closely with your teammates, you'll help achieve sales goals, learn our omni-channel tools, and grow your retail skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment that rewards passion for sports and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Engage athletes and customers, delivering knowledgeable, friendly apparel service
• Recommend performance and lifestyle apparel based on sport, fit, and performance needs
• Operate POS to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain apparel floor standards, including zoning, sizing, folding, and recovery
• Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and support backroom organization
• Support fitting room operations, including go-backs and customer assistance
• Execute visual merchandising direction and promotional signage in apparel
• Assist in meeting department sales goals and key performance metrics
• Follow company policies for loss prevention, safety, and asset protection
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to support a positive, inclusive store culture
