Order Builder Loader

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Builder Loader to support our high-volume manufacturing and distribution operations. In this role, you will safely build and load accurate customer orders of Coca-Cola products using pick tickets and warehouse equipment. You'll stage pallets, operate forklifts or pallet jacks, and verify product counts and codes to meet quality standards. Working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, you'll follow all safety and food-handling procedures while contributing to a team focused on reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and build customer orders according to load sheets and product standards
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or related warehouse equipment
• Shrink-wrap, label, and stage pallets for loading and shipment
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining product integrity and stability
• Verify product codes, quantities, and dates to meet quality requirements
• Follow all company, safety, and food-handling policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Collaborate with warehouse team and supervisors to meet production and delivery schedules
• Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly
• Support continuous improvement and productivity goals within the facility
