HR Business Partner

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Kia Minnetonka dealership. In this role, you'll partner closely with dealership leadership to align people strategies with a customer-first, one-price sales model. You'll lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, while championing Walser's culture of integrity, transparency, and teamwork. You will guide training and career development, ensure compliance with employment laws, and use HR metrics to improve engagement, retention, and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to Kia Minnetonka leadership to align people strategies with business goals
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for dealership roles
• Support training, development, and career pathing in line with Walser programs
• Drive engagement, culture, and inclusion initiatives that reflect Walser values
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements in retention and performance
• Partner with leadership on change management and communication plans
