HVAC Service Tech 4

CoolSys is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Tech 4 to deliver high-quality service for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical customers. In this field role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC-R systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support installations and retrofits. You'll work with advanced tools and energy-efficient solutions, ensure safety and code compliance, and provide clear communication to customers. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and safety checks on HVAC-R equipment
• Start up, commission, and optimize system performance for energy efficiency and reliability
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues using advanced tools and documentation
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service reports and digital systems
• Support installations, retrofits, and upgrades in retail, commercial, and industrial facilities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures on every job
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with customers on service status and options
