Teammate - Golf

Join DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Golf Teammate and help golfers of all levels find the right equipment, apparel, and accessories. You'll provide knowledgeable service on clubs, balls, tech, and fittings, while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing golf department. Assist with club re-gripping and basic services, process transactions, and support inventory, pricing, and merchandising. You'll model our performance-driven, team-focused culture by delivering outstanding customer experiences and sharing your passion for golf and sport in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver high-quality, golf-focused customer service
• Recommend golf clubs, balls, apparel, footwear, and accessories based on customer needs
• Perform basic club services such as re-gripping under guidance
• Operate POS system, handle cash, and process transactions accurately
• Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing golf displays
• Support inventory tasks including tagging, pricing, and restocking
• Stay current on golf product features, technology, and brand differences
• Collaborate with store teammates to meet sales and service goals
• Follow company policies for safety, loss prevention, and integrity
