Journeyman Pipefitter

CoolSys seeks a Journeyman Pipefitter to install, assemble, and repair piping for HVAC-R and mechanical systems on commercial and industrial projects. You'll read blueprints, lay out and hang pipe, perform brazing and welding, and complete pressure tests to ensure safe, leak-free systems. In this field-based role, you'll work closely with technicians and project teams, following strict safety standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and repair piping for HVAC-R and mechanical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Lay out, cut, thread, groove, and hang pipe to required measurements
• Perform brazing, welding, and joining of copper and steel piping
• Conduct pressure tests, leak checks, and system start-up support
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and company procedures on active job sites
• Coordinate with technicians, foremen, and project managers to meet schedules
• Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate daily documentation
• Travel to customer sites across commercial and industrial locations
• Support energy-efficient and reliable system performance for customers
