Electro-Mechanical Technician

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep high-speed bottling and packaging lines running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement to reduce downtime. Working on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing plant, you'll collaborate with production and safety teams, document work in CMMS, and uphold rigorous quality and safety standards while supporting a culture of teamwork, integrity, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment on high-speed bottling and packaging lines
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Diagnose and resolve basic PLC, controls, and electrical issues up to 480
• V three-phase
• Inspect, adjust, and calibrate machinery to meet quality, safety, and production standards
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and manuals
• Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS with accurate parts and labor records
• Collaborate with production, safety, and quality teams to support continuous improvement
• Follow all OSHA, LOTO, and plant safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives
• Support equipment changeovers, installations, and upgrades as needed
• Train operators and peers on proper equipment use, minor maintenance, and safety practices
