Electro-Mechanical Tech

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support high-speed bottling and packaging lines in a modern manufacturing facility. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyors, fillers, motors, and control devices, to maximize uptime and product quality. You'll perform preventive maintenance, use drawings and schematics to diagnose issues, and partner closely with production teams. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment on high-speed bottling and packaging lines
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, manuals, and test equipment
• Support equipment changeovers, setups, and calibrations to meet production schedules
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in a CMMS or work order system
• Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and product quality
• Identify and recommend improvements to processes, parts, and equipment performance
