You'll assist customers with golf and athletic apparel selection, leveraging digital tools for inventory, sizing, and product insights. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and using POS and mobile systems to support omnichannel shopping. Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand apparel needs and recommend suitable products and technologies (e.g., sizing tools, inventory apps).
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock shelves, and ensure appealing, organized apparel displays aligned with brand guidelines.
• Operate POS systems, process sales and returns accurately, and handle basic troubleshooting of retail software tools.
• Use handheld devices to check real-time inventory, place ship-to-home orders, and support omnichannel fulfillment.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling apparel and accessories.
• Stay current on product features, materials, and performance technologies to educate customers on apparel benefits.
• Collaborate with teammates and tech support staff to improve in-store digital experiences and streamline customer checkout.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and tracking inventory using store management software.
• Resolve basic customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Follow company policies on loss prevention, data privacy, and safe technology use in-store.
