HVAC Service Tech 4

CoolSys seeks an experienced HVAC Service Tech 4 to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC-R systems. In this field-based role, you'll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and start-ups while ensuring safety, code compliance, and peak energy efficiency. Partner with engineers and teammates to solve complex issues, support sustainable, energy-saving solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems and controls
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC-R equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency
• Start up, troubleshoot, and commission new and retrofit HVAC installations
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify performance issues and optimize system operation
• Document service findings, parts used, and work performed in service management systems
• Follow Cool
• Sys safety standards, codes, and regulations on all job sites
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and teammates to resolve complex technical issues
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication and on-site recommendations for system improvements
• Support energy-efficient solutions and upgrades aligned with customer and sustainability goals
• Mentor junior technicians and participate in ongoing technical training
