Machine Operator Senior

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Senior Machine Operator to run and maintain high-speed bottling and packaging lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will set up, operate, and adjust equipment, monitor line performance, and quickly troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include performing basic mechanical maintenance, conducting quality checks, documenting production data, and following strict safety, GMP, and cleanliness standards. You will mentor junior operators, support continuous improvement, and help meet production, quality, and safety goals while living our values of integrity, teamwork, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed bottling and packaging machines to meet production targets
• Set up, adjust, and change over equipment for different products and packages
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Conduct routine quality checks and record and report results accurately
• Follow all safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures and support a clean work area
• Document production, downtime, and maintenance activities in plant systems
• Mentor and support training of junior machine operators on procedures and safety
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve line issues
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Support company values of safety, teamwork, integrity, and customer focus in daily work
