Teammate Footwear

Join DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Footwear Teammate and help athletes and families find the perfect fit. In our energetic, performance-driven environment, you'll greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend footwear tailored to sport, comfort, and performance. You'll handle POS transactions, keep displays full and organized, and support inventory and backroom tasks. We'll provide product and sales training, plus opportunities to grow into broader retail or leadership roles while sharing your passion for sports, service, and community every shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, sports-focused service in the footwear department.
• Fit customers for footwear, explaining features and benefits based on activity and needs.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing footwear displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and backroom stock; assist with receiving and tagging product.
• Support loss prevention standards and follow store policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to meet sales and service goals.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training to build expertise.
