HVAC Service Tech 4

CoolSys is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech to service, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC-R systems for retail, commercial, and mission-critical clients. In this field-based role, you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support energy-efficient solutions. You'll work in a safety-first, team-oriented culture with access to advanced tools, ongoing technical training, and clear paths for career growth while helping customers maintain reliable, efficient HVAC-R operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems and controls
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot refrigeration and energy optimization equipment issues
• Install and commission HVAC components and related mechanical systems
• Document work performed, parts used, and service recommendations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures
• Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and customers on service needs
• Provide on-site technical guidance and mentor junior technicians
